GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
The vehicle reservation includes the payment of 30% of the total rental as a down payment, to be deducted from the total rental payment on the day of delivery.
In the event that the client cancels the requested reservation, the following penalties will be applied to the advance payment: -If the cancellation is communicated before 30 days of the start of the rental 50% -If you communicate between 30 and 16 days before the start of the rental 80% -If you communicate with less than 16 days until the start of the rental 100%
The total amount of the contracted rental must be paid before departure. Likewise, a deposit will be deposited to guarantee the proper use and correct return of the vehicle, for an amount of 650 Euros, which corresponds to the full insurance franchise. As long as the amount of the repairs to be made to the vehicle exceeds the amount of the excess, the insurance will be reported and the excess will be lost. Otherwise, the amount of the repairs will be deducted from the deposit.
The lessee shall not proceed to demand any compensation if, due to force majeure or fortuitous cause, the vehicle could not be delivered on the agreed day. A major cause is understood to be a failure or loss that cannot be repaired for the expected delivery date of the Motorhome or other causes beyond the control of the company.
In the event that the tenant, by his own unilateral decision, starts the rental late or ends early, he will not be entitled to any refund.
The minimum age to drive the vehicle is 26 years and 2 years of license. People under the age of 26 Years who travel in the Motorhome will not be able to drive the vehicle and the lessee is responsible for compliance with this point.
The delivery and return of the vehicle outside the agreed collection and delivery point will have an additional charge depending on the distance and time.
It is expressly forbidden to use the vehicle for any activity contrary to morals, laws and good customs. It is expressly forbidden to transport more numbers of people than allowed by the Law, carry out races, transport goods or objects, whether or not they are allowed by our legislation, assign their use for onerous or lucrative title.
The user is liable for any sanction or fine, which, for contravening the current provisions, were imposed on him, reaching the same responsibility in the event that the vehicle was seized or seized due to his fault, also running with the expenses and loss of profit of the lessor for the duration of the unavailability of the vehicle, applying for each day that is retained or seized the amount per day, according to the current rate of the rental price of the vehicle.
In case of stoppage of the vehicle for a cause solely and exclusively attributable to the lessee, the latter will be responsible for the damages derived from said stoppage.
The leased vehicle is delivered completely clean and disinfected. Therefore, it must be returned in the same hygienic conditions, with its interior clean and with the toilet and wastewater tanks properly emptied, otherwise, the tenant accepts the payment of the fixed amount of: Exterior cleaning € 100 Interior cleaning € 100 Emptying the WC 50.00 Euros. If the client wants to extend the lease of the vehicle over the established dates, he must notify the Lessor 3 days in advance of the end of the contract. The eventual confirmation of the extension will be subject to the availabilities that the lessor has at that time, therefore the latter does not assume any prior commitment.
The delivery times of the motorhome will be from 9:30 in the morning of the same day of the start of the rental period, and the return will be made before 18:00 on the last day of the rental period.
Unauthorized delays in the return will be penalized with a rate of 25 euros for each hour that passes after 6:00 p.m.
The vehicle object of this contract is insured according to the law, with a bond from 650.00 Euros. If there is a loss during the term of the lease, the lessee will bear said amount, which from now on authorizes may be compensated, where appropriate, with the posted deposit. Civil liabilities arising from events or circumstances not contemplated as included in the policy will be the sole responsibility of the lessee.
The deposit will be returned within a maximum of 7 days after the return, after carefully examining the entire vehicle, which, in case of damage due to misuse, will determine through a detailed note, the amount that the client must pay, authorizing the lessee to compensate said amount of the deposit deposited. If it is not possible to assess the damages immediately, the lessor will have 30 days to return, if applicable, the amount of the remaining deposit, once the cost of repairing the damage or damage has been deducted.
The non-presentation of the client at the place and time agreed for the start of the service will be considered unilateral rescission of the contract and the reservation, by the client, with a penalty of 100% of the value of the hired rental, said non-presentation will empower the lessor to dispose of the reserved vehicle, the lessee is not entitled to any compensation or compensation.
The vehicle is delivered and must be returned with the diesel tank completely full, said load will be made at the AVIA gas station in Tafalla presenting the card that proves that the vehicle is for rent so that they are the ones who inspect the total filling (Present the ticket on the return). The limit of kms for the contract weekend It is 900km
For contracts of more than 7 days the mileage is unlimited
The excess mileage according to the contract, it will be invoiced to € 0.25 / km.
The cost of the insurance corresponding to the crossing will be added to the rental price.
In the event of a fine during the rental, the traveler has to assume the amount thereof.
As soon as the owner communicates the fine with a receipt of it, Yescapa will take care of the necessary management according to the following cases.
1- If the fine does not entail a loss of points, we ask the owner to pay the amount of the fine to prevent it from increasing.
The company is in charge of immediately processing the refund of the amount of the fine via the payment link sent to the traveler. He has 7 days from this date to pay the amount. On the 8th day, if the amount has not been paid, the amount will be charged on the reservation card, to make the payment to the owner.2- If the violation entails a loss of points, we will send you the copy of the traveler's documentation (ID and driver's license) that we ask for and verify before each rental.
This documentation may be communicated to the relevant authorities, together with the rental contract to demonstrate that it was the traveler who was driving the vehicle at the time of the offense and thus change the ownership of the fine.The vehicle must be returned in the same hygienic conditions inside, full clean water, gray water withdrawn and clean potti, as it was received on the start of the contract. The delivery in poor interior hygiene conditions has a penalty of one day's rental, which will be deducted from the deposit.
